If you are pregnant and you have epilepsy, what happens to the baby when the mom has a siezure? - nocturnal epilepsy symptoms

I have the temporal lobe that cause complex partial seizures, and this led to grand mal seizures in the night. I want children, but I am concerned very concerned about birth defects. Has anyone seen?

Seizures occur in the brain and, in addition to abnormal brain waves, which are uncontrolled movements, or sensations, everything else is in the body involved in the rule.
