Running After C-section Why Do I Start To Get Cold And Sneeze After Running At Night In Cold Weather?

Why do I start to get cold and sneeze after running at night in cold weather? - running after c-section

I run at night and after he worked for a while and began to sweat starts to freeze. The nights are cold enough now where I live, but I wear a cotton shirt and sweatshirt. And my race does not make me chiilly. Cotton shirt is my fault? It makes me feel my cold sweat in the cold? What can I do as a solution?

You need to lose cotton shirt and sweatshirt on. Cotton absorbs sweat. Your body can not sweat to keep warm, so they just chilled. You must contact us in the kind of products that receives synthetic substances. Nike, New Balance, including armor, etc., of products that do not absorb sweat. The warmth of the body caused by welding, that the soil and not in contact with your body and keep warm. If you experience these types of products, you will never use cotton again.

The sneezing is the result of running under conditions of low humidity and a mild form of asthma.

Contrary to popular belief, a cold that occurs most often in the winter months because people are flocking to the areas more often than in the warmer months. Only the cold is not enough to get you sick.

My best guess is that now your immune system is not at par. Running can be introduced to the body, but also very rewarding. You need to replace the nutrients lost when food concept aka, good! Perhaps is very important to drink plenty of water, even if you do not feel hot to drink too. Take vitamins, your body and keep armed defenders. Even sleep.

If we think you should be able to the most common viruses that can come from anywhere to fight. These viruses are often unavoidable, if you live in a kind of hermit, or decide in a plastic bubble. Disease is more common in the cold season, so we need to run a strong immune system and helps in the fight!
